Multiple SG load balancers could be setup to tolerate to fault of SG load balancer. The fault tolerant design of SG load balancer is fully symmetric. What you need is to make a diskcopy of SG system disk.
If there are identical hardwares on the other SG load balancer
boot the new SG load balancer with this copy
If there are different network interfaces on the other SG load balancer
boot the new SG load balancer with this copy
login, modify the 'public_interface' and 'private_interface' in /etc/sg.conf, update
boot againActually, a single cluster can have more than 2 load balancers. The number of load balancers is depending on how safe you need for your SG cluster.
